This theme is made for the dark version of the custom windows theme Arc, but it can be used with the default windows theme also. I'm not a programmer, and mostly specialize in graphic design, so I would be out of my league with purely JS ui. It was a chore to do all the title formatting already, like hiding unneeded strings, showing strings only when needed etc. I think I can't really do much to improve it anymore in the constraints of the Default User Interface, without using excessive amounts of javascript panels.
